Labour and Education Markets in Industry 4.0

Abstract Introduction: The current development of the world economy defined as Fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) is rather determined by a larger social change caused interconnection physical, virtual, and worlds. It affects market products, production factors, sectors, services, education, research, systems, labour market, specialization, including legal framework, use digital technologies for education purposes. Purpose: aim literature review will be description analysis Industry 4.0, which are digitization application technologies, associated with new emerging jobs in circular economy, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, development, sales products services focus on human resources, 4.0 requires standards regarding Education 4.0. Methods: study, analysis, evaluation comparison selected scientific papers research reviews international organizations (European Union, OECD, etc.) related to resulted need significant transformation markets, because newly professions demanding profiles graduates. Conclusions: Calls changes educational structure qualifications formulated Slovak 2030. A successful transition paradigm linkage between policy educational, scientific, technical innovation policies.
